Currently all members of a project are able to admin the project. This page describes how to do project admin on the community server.
To add user foo to project bar run addtoproject foo bar-p.
If your project (foo-p) has an associated user (foo-u) then you can view the crontab with crontabfor foo-p -l, and change it by writing a new crontab to a file ane running crontabfor foo-p filename.
